Payment for the first order at business customers applies:

Companies are supplied with appropriate soil quality directly on calculation. If no soil quality is controllable, the first order takes place by cash on delivery.

As soon as a registration of a trade is present, then each further supply on calculation can take place. With soil quality lacking or open calculations, whose date of payment is exceeded already, a supply takes place only against vorkasse or by cash on delivery.

Detailed payments are taken into account first on overdue calculations. A possible pre-assembled eating payment remains of it unaffected. During receipt of payment within 10 days after rendering of invoice grants 3% discount payment. Soil quality presupposed.
