Our terms of delivery bwithin the European union. The supply abroad remains special conditions apply. Supply by post office

Everything that is sent away by package, the postman brings you directly in the house. After possibility everything is supplied in a transmission. If not, Bikotex carries extra costs. One supplies to the ship-to-address indicated by you. Transmissions to p.o. boxes or postlagernde transmissions are not possible. The forwarding expenses lump sum inclusive packing and insurance with € 8.95 per order is only uniquely computed with Bikotex, all the same whether we dispatch 1 or 20 packages for you in the inland. We call conditions for foreign dispatch gladly on request. With orders by cash on delivery additionally € 5.95 collection fees are computed.

Express supply

The delivery depends thereby on the time of your order. All articles in our Shop, which exhibit accompanying 24 hours delivery time symbol, we supply to you with when desired up to the next day (availability presupposed). This service we can assure to you only if your order to 12,00 o'clock reaches us and it concerns only articles with this symbol. The computation takes place without impact.

Supply by truck

If you have a large order,a condition for a delivery by truck is possible. Bikotex carries the full transport risk. If really something should be damaged, we carry replacement out free of charge. After possibility everything is supplied in a transmission. If not, Bikotex carries extra costs.

You buy their guaranteed return

The sales contract becomes only effective at expiration from 14 days to receipt of the commodity. So for a long time Bikotex guarantees you an unrestricted return right, under the reservation that the commodity in absolutely new condition and in the original packaging is returned. Customers against vorauskasse or by cash on delivery paid, receive your money by cheque or postal order back. For the keeping of the period it is sufficient, if it the articles in time on: Bikotex, Welfenallee 6, 13465 Berlin mail.

Times for delivery

Due to the large assortment it is not possible to deliver all products immediately. The delivery time is up to 10 days or more. We inform you by E-Mail about the delivery time which can be expected.

Replacement

Replacement should be not available after price and quality is to be sent. Of course the return right every fourteen days applies to this commodity.

Payment

Payment for the first order at business customers applies: Companies are supplied with appropriate soil quality directly on calculation. If no soil quality is controllable, the first order takes place by cash on delivery. As soon as a registration of a trade is present, then each further supply on calculation can take place. With soil quality lacking or open calculations, whose date of payment is exceeded already, a supply takes place only against vorkasse or by cash on delivery. Detailed payments are taken into account first on overdue calculations. A possible pre-assembled eating payment remains of it unaffected.

Special arrangements

Special arrangements articles, which we manufacture exclusively for you, can be taken back under no circumstances. If for orders special agreements are made, these apply in principle only uniquely and must again be agreed upon with further

Retention of title

The commodity remains up to the full payment of all demands, including secondary claims, requirements for compensation and redemptions of cheques and changes, property of the salesman.

Data security

The data necessary for the bussiness proccess are stored by us and passed on if necessary in the context of the order handling to allied enterprises. All personal data are naturally confidentially treated. For the purpose of the credit examination only relevant data are exchanged.
